Having been a Media Department Manager for over 18 years and a Media Designer for 25+ years, I have watched the industry of media development and delivery grow beyond my imagination. Managing a creative staff that is constantly striving to stay up-to-date with the ever-changing trends of media production is a challenge that I face everyday with enthusiasm and confidence. I have been very fortunate to manage media across a wide variety of disciplines, including Live Broadcast TV Shows, Breaking News, Industrial Corporations and both Domestic and Foreign Military.
My management mantra is simple and hasn't changed much throughout the years: beat expectations of the client, get the job done on time, get the job done on budget, all while creating a positive work environment for your staff. I believe this is achievable within every company and with every project, regardless of the specific challenges each workplace faces. It takes dedication and forethought to place each staff member in a fitting position to develop and hone their skills and abilities; I consider this one of my strongest talents.
